This is NOT good for baking. I just had an entire bath of bagels completely get stuck on the paper and i cant even get them off. Now I just wasted money on something that states parchment paper but clearly is not.

These sheets are nice & heavy but they do not release the baked goods easily. We ordered these before and had the same issue but needed some in a pinch so thought we would try them again. We are very disappointed. They seem to draw the shortening out of our baked goods and then leave the pans with a greasy residue. A lot of baked goods do not come off very easily sometimes pulling the bottom layer off.

I ordered these for one of my bakeries to try. They do not work like they should- food stick to the sheets- and wicks grease really bad. We tried several times- thinking one side is waxed and one side is not- food stuck to both side. Do not recommend this product.

We’ve been using these on half-size sheet pans for cookies, pastries, and roasted items, and the fit is spot on without needing to trim. The coating releases cleanly, even with sticky doughs and glazed desserts, so pans stay much cleaner between batches. They also hold up well during longer bakes without scorching or tearing, which saves time during prep and cleanup.
