"question": "How can I properly care for this glazed aluminum item?",
"answer": "Prior to first use, spray the pan with a lubricant and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes to season the pan. To preserve the glaze coating on your pan, remove baked items from your pan as soon as possible and do not use the pan for storage. Moisture can cause the coating to lift. For the best performance, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth instead of submerging in water. Use only mild soap or detergent and never soak the pan. Wipe completely dry and store upside down. Do not use alkaline-based cleaners or abrasive pads to clean the pans."

"answer": "Silicone glazes are not permanent coatings and may be only semi-non-stick, but they do aid in the release of food. You may still need to apply oil or a release spray to the pan at times. If you are baking bread products, the pan may only need to be sprayed before the first use and after washing. However, if you are baking cakes or other delicate items it’s a good idea to spray the pan before each use."
