Design of the muffin cup is great but needs to be inserted to a muffin baking tin pan. Tbe paper texture itself doesn’t hold well by itself when baking

These arrived crushed and wrinkled, although the outer box is undamaged. The Novocart option is better packaged and arrives in more presentable condition.

Very disappointed!! Unfortunately I did NOT read the entire description. I see that I was NOT the only one to think it was ALL 4 colors in one package. The picture of the baking cups should not show ALL colors for it is very misleading. Please change the picture to show each individual color and have an option button to specify color desired. I wish I could return them but I'm sure it is not worth the effort or money!!!!

All four colors were shown . At the time of ordering, I didn't have the opportunity to choose, so I assumed that I was getting all four colors.

Great product, though we received our sleeve with 12 missing liners, which threw off the count for cupcakes needed for a catering event, luckily myself and the chef I work with can improvise, but not too pleased about the missing liners
