We use these at our bakery for creme brulee, and they've served us well for years. Holds up nicely in the oven, freezer, cooler, and when blow torched. The lids are perfect for packaging!

They do the job for now. I am going to look into a different product because of the lids. Even though they have the foil looking bottom once the cardboard gets wet, the lids sink.
