we ordered these to be used at a church wide lunch. We prepared each dish and served from these ramekins so that each person could just pick up the individual container and not be touching the same serving spoon.

We use these 4oz foil ramekins in our bakery for crème brûlée and flan, as they’re are the perfect size for individual portions. The foil is sturdy, especially the edges for handling.

I made desserts for sale the weekends and these are the perfect size, at the right price. Ive used them for creme brulées, custards, crumbles, and more and they hold up perfectly well. I then just wrap them in plastic wrap for delivery.

This is a great value but it’s a little thinner material than the Higher priced ones I have used in the past. The ramekins were greased so the food came out with ease. I would get this again. Can’t beat this price.
