Love these boxes! The are high enough for my filled sheet cakes that have toppers. Sturdy. Love the window; clients can see everything without tearing open the box.

The boxes in the product photos feature a matte finish, the boxes I received had a high-gloss finish, making them unusable for me. I’ve received the matte ones when ordering in the past, unfortunately these are a different product now. Disappointing experience all around, will not be returning as a customer.

Many of these boxes were broken when opening. Webstaurant was helpful in giving me a credit when I submitted pictures.

I have used these same boxes for many years sadly the ones i just got are terrible. The material is cheap and thinner than they have always been. I am so disappointed. It makes my product look cheap.

Initially these boxes were very sturdy, easy to fold and properly cut. Recently, the boxes feel thinner and not cut all the way making it take more time to fold.
