They do the job for now. I am going to look into a different product because of the lids. Even though they have the foil looking bottom once the cardboard gets wet, the lids sink.

Perfect little cups. Sturdy enough but don’t try to crimp the lid down. It was awful! The lids collapsed when you try to crimp the thick foil rim. The lids fit perfectly when just placed in the cup. Very pretty and great size for sauces and small sides.

These ramekins are really good for sauces and sides of gravy but also are very useful in my baking department as well for muffins and little cakes

The small cups are ideal for storing sauces and condiments such as pesto or chimichurri. After making a large batch I divide into these containers and freeze. Each contanier is suitable for making a meal or two and you always have fresh, homemade pesto on hand.
