Half-Size Sheet Pan Extender (2" High)

I prefer these extenders over buying a separate deeper pan. Does a great job on sheet cakes.

I had high hopes for the Baker's Lane 2" High Half-Size Aluminum Sheet Pan Extender, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. While trying to bake blondies using this pan extender, I noticed that it leaked at the corners, even with a very thick batter. I can imagine it would leak even more with a thinner batter. Another issue I had with this product is its size. The odd size of the half sheet pan doesn't make it ideal for products that need to be cut and sold individually, as it may not fit the standard sizes. Overall, I would not recommend the Baker's Lane 2" High Half-Size Aluminum Sheet Pan Extender for baking tasks that require a leak-proof pan. This product may work well for some recipes, but it did not meet my expectations for baking blondies. Additionally, its unusual size may make it impractical for some uses.

I use these when i make brownies they work great the brownies have good edges and make de-panning a breeze easy to clean however they are not easy to store

I use the extenders for pan cakes. Great pineapple upside down cake. Also for making bird suet. Easy to cut the bird suit into squares to fit the feeder. Great price and easy to clean.

These are great for baking larger cake batches on our standard sheet pans with a piece of parchment. Baked-on cake residues can be a bit of chore to clean off of these, but the product doesn't claim to be non-stick. My only real issue is that a fairly significant amount of batter leaks out of the corners during every bake. This has been the case with batters ranging from moderately thick to very thick. I don't know if the small opening at the bottom of each corner serves a purpose, but it strikes me as a poor design decision.

These pan extenders are a great addition to any bakers kitchen. The work amazing for making cinnamon rolls, brownies, and other bar pastries. I purchased 2 and use them nearly every day!

Love these pan extenders for my baking. No more over flows in the oven for me! The extender fits perfect in my half sheet pan. They also clean up real easy.
