These pans are great! They are completely non-stick -- no oil, butter or spray needed. My tart shells baked evenly. I bought 4, but will purchase more for larger batches.

the pan works well with a 5 inch dough cutter. the fluting adds a little work to get prefect and the bottom pops out for easy removal.

A true non-stick tart pan!!! The pop out bottom makes pan release a breeze. Make tarts. make Mini Cheesecakes. Easy to clean. Even baking. A bakers delight. Needed for every bakers kitchen !!!! This pan is a must!!!

Good item, helps with all our tarts making which is in the hundreds for the small tarts. It is non-stick, so I don't use any spray on the molds before putting the dough. Very sturdy pans and good with the removable bottom so the tarts easily out of the molds.

Great quality! Seals pretty well without incident and work perfectly for tartlets. Food does tend to stick slightly. Not terribly but given the rippled diameter, food tends to stick in the crevasses. Nothing that a small amount of nonstick spray wont take care of.

These are pretty good. The price is good too. Unfortunately, like several other items in my large shipment, these too arrived damaged. Luckily, they are pretty easy to bend back into shape. I would repurchase this product, it makes it so easy to make fruit tarts.

These are a darling addition to one's baking pans. They make baking tartlettes easy and the clean up is great, too as you only have to wash one pan. The pop out inserts make it easy to take tarts out of the pan.
