I ordered 5 of these pans in February of 2022 and loved them. One of the bottoms was recently damaged so I ordered a replacement pan in February of 2023. I was extremely disappointed when I first attempted to use the replacement pan because it is appreciably smaller than the ones I ordered a year earlier. Be aware that if you want to match this pan with ones that you already own, they will probably not match. The new one is approximately 3/8" smaller.

This way is very good. Good quality, doesn't seem to wrinkle easily. It works perfectly for my famous lemon pie. I would buy other sizes. I don't think it's non-stick, but for my purposes it's perfect.

Bought this for Detroit-style deep dish pizza. Butter the sides well and the pizza will come out in one piece, ready to remove from the bottom plate, slice, and serve. Then clean it up and use if for cheesecake!

High Quality pan not a cheap flimsy one. Holds up great , washes easily, and nice thick sides. Would definitely buy again. Five Stars all the way!!
