Baker's Lane sliding cover for the loaf pan is the wat to go to keep a nice smooth shape to your bread. A must to go with the awesome loaf pan.

Great lid for the Pullman bread pan, just make sure you need the lid for the 16" x 4" pan! It'll make a perfectly flat top for your bread loaf or keep it humid inside the pan for other baked goods.

Perfect fit for the pullman loaf pan. Easy to slide on and off. I used it for the second proof and the bread came out perfectly square. No stick, no issues.

Love the Baker's Lane Pullman Bread Pan sliding cover! Until I came across this lid when looking into bread pans, I never thought of buying a pullman bread pan. Now, I'm really glad that we bought this because I love making perfectly square sandwich bread for meal prep. Thank you!

This is a must have instead of "optional". It is so nice to have a perfectly square pan to bake in. Our bread baked so much more evenly with the help of this lid.

This is a nice heavy gauge lid that fits the pan quite snug. I would purchase this item again. I don't know who manufactures this item for webstaurantstore but it is good quality.

This sliding cover works beautifully with the 16 inch pullman loaf pan from Webstaurant. I made my first loaf over the weekend and it was wonderful. The lid has a nice lip that allows it to slip over the edge of the pan and close it securely. At first I had a little difficulty getting the cover to slide onto the pan, but with a little force it slipped on. I have taken it on and off the pan a few times now and have had no problem. The lid keeps the dough from expanding over the edge of the pan and gives it a beautiful flat top. Excellent purchase and value.
