Good solid pan, durable and I only added a very thin layer of avocado oil because I wasn’t sure how nonstick it truly was. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars was due to a few small dents and more so because of the placement of the brand logo on the underside of the lid. The logo is NOT nonstick And caused my bread to stick in only that spot. Why would the manufacturer not put it on top? So now I’ll have to line the lid with parchment paper going forward to prevent this Which is annoying. Other than the lid, the pan baked a beautiful loaf of bread.

Truly non stick. Great size. Great price. I just made a Japanese milk bread and came out perfectly. The loaf was easy to take out from the pan. The pan is easy to clean as well. Would buy again.
