I recently used the Baker's Lane 6 oz. Non-Stick Carbon Steel Popover Pan (16" x 9 1/4" x 2 1/4", 6 Cup Capacity) to bake popovers, and it delivered outstanding results. Made from durable 22-gauge carbon steel, this pan ensures even heat distribution for perfectly risen, golden popovers.

As of late, these popover pans have served as great molds for our beloved cruffins! Croissant dough baked in this pan turns out perfectly flaky and brown. Great value product.

This 6 cup non-stick popover pan is a great way to make popovers with ease. The popovers come out easy without sticking to the pan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Silicone glazes are not permanent coatings and may be only semi-non-stick, but they do aid in the release of food. You may still need to apply oil or a release spray to the pan at times. If you are baking bread products, the pan may only need to be sprayed before the first use and after washing. However, if you are baking cakes or other delicate items it’s a good idea to spray the pan before each use.
