8" x 1 1/4" 16 Gauge Aluminum Pie Pan

Who knew it would be so hard to find 9" pie tins? In Utah where we cook and bake a lot. It was, I bake pies and the throw-away tins are not strong enough to hold the weight of the average pie. Pies are my gifts of love and kindness so they frequently go to other people, who do not often return them. I was down to one pie tin and had searched everywhere. A non-stick pan does not bake well and I found some that were stainless steel with groves like those on an old record. I asked the store clerk how that worked and he said they needed to be greased first. Who greases a pie tin? Even other online sites didn't have one. I searched for what I wanted and found your awesome, perfect pie pans. The shipping cost kind of broke my heart but I needed these desparately. If you are looking for a good pie pan, these are really worth it.

Excellent product - cooks pie crust evenly and looks nice enough to serve in. I use this at home so I cant speak to its durability in a commercial setting but it has held up nicely with handwashing.
