Excellent product - cooks pie crust evenly and looks nice enough to serve in. I use this at home so I cant speak to its durability in a commercial setting but it has held up nicely with handwashing.

The product is fine. Exactly what we needed and expected. However, the thing that was truly exceptional was Webrestaurant's customer service. Half my order was lost in shipping and The F...x shipping company was impossible to work with. I contacted Webrestaurant and the person that helped me through the chat was professional and nice. Easy to clean and use. Can be used as plates in a pinch or over the range to make coco bombs to melt the edges. I love these and use them all the time.

Works well as a pan for baking pies, they transfer heat well because they are aluminium. So you can get good colour on crust and have the bottom cook properly. They nest inside eachother as well. Have also used them for plates with a liner in them.

These pie pans have held up great! I use them as serving plates and they hold up much better than other materials. They are well worth it for the price as well.

The Baker's Lane Aluminum Pie Pan's have fit our needs! We've used for desserts as well as for breading stations. They are great quality especially for the price! Don't waste your money on big names!

Ben's easy but a nice pan for the value makes large pies they stack inside of each other for more convenient and efficient storage and use the space would definitely will buy more when needed
