I ordered this pan a couple oh weeks ago and it was here in 4 days. I baked corn bread logs in it. These logs baked up beautiful and browned perfect. I bake gluten free items and its hard to get your item out of the pan, but not with this pan. I will be buying this pan again.

I like this pan so far, I was looking for something to bake individual brownies in that wasn’t bite sized. This pan allows for 7-8 brownies using one typical 8x8 brownie recipe. I will continue to test the pan for its non-stick abilities as I used liners since I am shipping this particular batch.

These turned out to be a bit smaller than I wanted. Maybe I can use them for 1st birthday cakes for the birthday child. Possibilities.
