Necessary for the baker. Love making smaller macarons since they can be so rich. Works better than parchment for a more even round cookie.

It is a great baking mat but the macaron size is smaller than I was hoping for. I know it says a size, but still, I didn't think about it. But the baking mat itself has been excellent. It hasn't stained at all and held up at all temps/for all baking. Just be warned that these are pretty small mac size templates
