18" x 26" x 3" Yellow Heavy-Duty Polypropylene Dough Proofing Box

If you work with pizza dough, do not buy this product. If you work with pizza dough, do not buy this product. It dries out the edges of the dough balls. I tested it for two months and it simply does not work for pizza dough production. I initially thought the lid/top was the problem, but both products are bad. We had to switch to a different brand. Don’t waste your money—this product will negatively affect your final dough quality.

box is very sturdy and will likely last a long time. I bought 2 with 2 matching lids. The lids do not fit properly. The lids fit just fine on the 3" deep version I bought so its not the lid's fault. Its as if the box is just ever so slightly smaller than the lid and thus the lid will not properly seat on to the box.

I bought 6 of these boxes. I intended to use them with my bakery carts that hold a 18 x 26 baking sheet. The dimensions of this box are actually 17 1/4 x 25 1/2. Webstraunt was very good about the refund. 1 star for the product, 5 stars for Webstraunt.

Love the proofing boxes. I need to purchase 2 more in the very near future. These work so much better than the metal bowls we were using to proof our bread dough in. Dough raises faster and stays moist.
