11 13/16" x 16 1/4" Stainless Steel Footed Wire Cooling Rack for Half Size Sheet Pan

Great product! by its large size, this rack is ideal for cooling large batches of cookies.

These cooling racks are so much better than the typical nickel or chrome plated steel ones since we can throw them straight in the dish washer, and they don't have any issues with rusting. They fit snuggly into our half size sheet pans leaving us plenty of room for food.

We use these all day long, every day. We have the half-sheet size and the full-sheet size and we couldn't function properly without them. Cooling cookies, breads, croissants, etc.

Just cut my hand pulling the racks it out of the package that arrived today. ...through the protective plastic sleeve. so be CAREFUL of sharp edges. ..quality finishing needs some work This is our 2nd order of these racks, we needed to burnish the edges of previous order's racks with a dremel and wire brush to get rid of sharp burrs too...but it thought i'd at least get this most recent batch out of the box before i cut myself.......apparently not. Outside of the sharp edges, these are holding up well, we're using them as industrial dishwasher and oven racks. they're not rusting....or coming apart. .

Fantastic product! We've used it for both cooling and cooking (garlic toast, bacon, etc) and it holds up well with no warping or discoloration.

Wanted to upgrade our racks. The stainless ideally will hold up better in the long run.
