Excellent baguette pan. Sturdy and easy to store. No issues with sticking or anything. The metal does expand a little in the oven, so sometimes getting it out of the oven takes some force.

I have been using both aluminium and silicone bread pan and nothing is better than aluminum for my baguettes. Easy to clean and light to move around

My Baker and I use these for our baguettes and french breads. The aeration holes on the pan work great for crisp crust and, if you spray water inside your oven like I do to create steam, the holes in the pan allow that moisture to reach the bread as well.
